About the Song
Many people have asked if The Scarlet Cup Cafe is a place that actually exist? As far as I know it only exist in the creative portion of my mind, but there are many places and people I have met in my travels that served as an inspiration for the song.
The song itself focuses on how we can become complacent, or in some cases feel so defeated, that we give up on our hopes and dreams and just settle for whatever life gives us. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing really depends on the individual themselves. As I often say, “No one can tell another person how they should feel.”
Featuring the title track as well as “Old Man Down the Hall” and “Dyin Slow”.
